POOL DEMOLITION PROCESS

Above-Ground Pool Removal

For above-ground pool removal, the structure, liner, and equipment must be disassembled and removed from the property without damaging the surrounding yard.
 

Our process usually involves the following steps:

  • Pool structures like framing, walls, liner, and hardware are dismantled and hauled away.

  • Attached decks, pads, or fencing are removed or left in place as needed.

  • The base pad is leveled (or broken up if concrete), topped with fresh soil, and prepared for seed or sod.
     

Once the pool and materials are removed and the pad is graded back into the yard, the area is ready for lawn, landscaping, or a new structure.

In-Ground Pool Removal

Removing an in-ground pool correctly involves more than breaking concrete and covering the hole. Whether the area will become lawn or landscaping, the site of a future structure, or simply a lower-maintenance property, getting the right result requires planning for your desired end use.
 

Our process typically includes the following steps:

  • Concrete, framing, liner, plumbing, and equipment are broken up and hauled away.

  • Clean fill is placed and compacted to reduce settling and soft spots.

  • The site is graded to manage water drainage and blend with the surrounding yard.
     

This approach restores the use of yard space through correct demolition, drainage preparation, clean compacted fill, and final grading of the former pool area.
